On ARC Las Vegas we talked with Maria Kossayan, co-owner of Stephano’s Greek and Mediterranean Grill alongside Will Edwards, Philanthropy Officer of Three Square Food Bank.
More than 300 restaurants are serving up prix fixe menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner ranging from $20 to $120 to combat hunger in Southern Nevada.
Maria Kossayan gave a rundown of what’s on the menu at all Stephano’s locations:
- First Course: Santorini Street Corn
- Second Course: choice of Beef and Lamb Gyro Bowl or Chicken Kebab Bowl
- Third Course: Baklava
