A beloved Las Vegas and Henderson restaurant chain is turning June into a monthlong act of community service. Stephano’s Greek and Mediterranean Grill has launched Dine for Dads, a fundraising initiative benefiting Dad Inc., a southern Nevada nonprofit committed to helping men become stronger parents and community members. A part of the proceeds from every chicken shawarma plate will be directed to the organization throughout June.
The campaign coincides with both Father’s Day and Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month — a pairing that underscores the effort’s dual purpose. Dad Inc. offers free workshops covering healthy relationships, parenting skills, emotional resilience, and employment readiness for fathers and father figures across the region. Dine for Dads channels the restaurant’s existing customer traffic into direct support for those programs.
Co-owner Nick Kossayan said the partnership reflects a central aspect of who Stephano’s is as a business. “Stephano’s has always been about family, and that goes far beyond the meals we serve,” he said. “As a family-owned business, we understand how important strong fathers and father figures are in shaping stable homes and stronger communities. Dad Inc. is creating real impact by helping men grow as parents, and Dine for Dads gives us an opportunity to support that mission while bringing people together around the table, which is where connection has always started for us.”
Dine for Dads runs through the end of June at all Stephano’s locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. The restaurant’s menu features grilled kebabs, shawarma plates, rice bowls, falafel, salads, gyros, and house-made dips.
