LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Stephano’s Greek and Mediterranean Grill is marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month by offering a Pink Plate combo meal every Saturday in October.
The special features a Chicken Kebab Plate with two marinated skewers, hummus, Mediterranean chopped salad, rice, pita bread, and a fountain drink. Maria Kossayan, co-owner of Stephano’s, said, “10% of proceeds from every Pink Plate sold will be donated to The Remissionaries, a local nonprofit that supports women going through breast cancer treatment.”
Kossayan emphasized the importance of community support, stating, “Breast cancer touches so many lives, and this was a way for us to use our food to make a difference.” The Remissionaries provides “Comfort Crates” to ease the challenges of chemotherapy.
